The jam sessions are open to the public and take place all over the building! Are you new to playing music? We have a slow speed jam session tailored just for you. Take a clogging lesson, try out the archaic Sacred Harp singing style, enjoy wonderful concerts, have fun with your kids in the family dance and family song workshop! And it's all free, although any kind of donation is appreciated and will go toward defraying the cost of the Gathering.

Hosted by buzzsaw banjo builder Brooks Masten, the Cabaret features many short performances.
 
The Cabaret is your chance to get on stage and strut your old-time stuff. These are often some of the most surprising and memorable performances of the week! While some acts are predetermined by the organizers, there are several spots available on a first come, first served basis. Sign-up with Sarah Ells at the information table in the Scottish Rite Center on Saturday at 4pm.
