AccomodationsWe have arranged for special Gathering discounted rates for rooms 2 or 3 blocks away from Norse Hall. The Thriftlodge requires 10 rooms to be booked before the discounted rate kicks in. The Executive Lodge and the Jupiter Hotel are charged as listed below. When making reservations be sure to say you want a Portland Old-Time Gathering room to get the discounted rates.Stay at the Thriftlodge or the Executive Lodge if you prefer peace and quiet. The Jupiter Hotel welcomes late night jam sessions in the building as well as in their patio tent, so expect a joyfully noisy stay. Because Norse Hall really fills up during the day, we are encouraging folks to get a room or hang out at the Jupiter and create an alternate jamming scene there. The Jupiter is only a couple of blocks from Norse hall.
